Hot Keys

Mac App Hot Keys

The following hot keys (keyboard shortcuts) are available in the app:

⌘ + N: Depending on what section of the app you are in, this hot key will show a form for a new transaction, budget or a scheduled transaction.

⌘ + E: Edit selected transaction.

⌘ + D: Duplicate selected transaction.

⌘ + R: Refund selected transaction.

⌘ + F: Trigger search.

Delete: Delete selected transactions.

⇧ + ⌘ + P: Mark selected transaction as pending.

⇧ + ⌘ + C: Mark selected transaction as cleared.

⇧ + ⌘ + H: Show or hide hidden accounts.

⇧ + ⌘ + R: Start reconciliation for the active account.

⇧ + ⌘ + F: Open balance forecast for the active account.

⌘ + 1: Regular view mode for displayed transactions.

⌘ + 2: Table view mode for displayed transactions.

⌥ + ⌘ + 1: Transaction filter will be set to "All Transactions".

⌥ + ⌘ + 2: Transaction filter will be set to "Cleared Transactions".

⌥ + ⌘ + 3: Transaction filter will be set to "Pending Transactions".

Some of these hot keys are also available in the iOS app if you have an iPad with a hardware keyboard attached. Press and hold ⌘ button to discover hot keys in the iOS app.
