Apple Wallet Integration - Providing Diagnostics

How To Report a Problem

Apple Wallet integration in Debit & Credit is built in the most private and secure manner. The app developer has no access to your records.

This also means that if there is a problem with the integration (e.g. a transaction is not correctly imported) we will rely on your feedback.

To report an incorrectly imported transaction, please open the app settings and swipe to the left on "Apple Wallet Integration". You will see the diagnostics button, please tap on it.

You will be presented with a list of your most recent transactions. Please select the relevant transactions that you want to report and submit them to the developer with your email.
